APPOINTMENTS

 
 
Advanced reservations are strongly recommended, especially on multiple services and spa packages.
 


Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.  Should you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next appointment; however, you will be charged the full price of your service.
 

Please secure all valuables prior to your appointment.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
 

When you schedule your appointment, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card or gift card number.  We accept only Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS





 
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.  We have the right to charge your credit card 50% for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.   All “no-show” appointments will be charged full price for service.  Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time are considered a “no-show”.

ATMOSPHERE

We ask guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests.


Use of cellular phones is discouraged.  For the comfort of all guests, while in the spa, please turn off cell phones or set to vibrate.

GIFT CARDS

Give the gift of relaxation to someone special!


Gift Cards can be purchased for any dollar amount and can be used towards any service or retail item in the spa.
Gift Cards are to be treated as cash, and therefore are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



Spa products can be returned within 10 days of purchase for retail credit only.  No cash or charge refunds will be given.
